I have it and yes he is a monster. He trains very very very heavy. You get an idea of this guys genetics because although he is lifting heavy, the intensity is down, but it works for him so who cares!
His quad session is with Neil Hill. Its pretty intense, more so for Zack who doesnt seem to like alot of volume, he spends most of his leg workout effing and blinding.
