Was pointed towards this site by health4ni who I know through another board.
Got into powerlifting about 18 months ago when I joined my uni's weightlifting club. I wanted to put a bit of weight on, been a tall lanky bugger my whole life. Made some decent gains since I started, probably put on just under 10kg. Real life always gets in the way however and I've had the odd set back.
Looking to continue to train for strength and size, working mostly with the powerlifting techniques I have learned at the club.
Bit busy trying to finish off my degree at the moment so I imagine I will just be lurking for the next short while. Trying to get my training back up to full speed and when I do I m sure I will be hitting you all up for advice.
