Wrist wraps

Does anyone use them for benching here? How do you workout what length you need and whats the best brand?

I like the long (36") Inzer Zs, the shorter ones are fine too - just personal preference. You can get them from here in the UK:

Then again if you don't shirt up you might want a softer one like the Inzer. 12" is too short IMO, 24" is fine for the weights I use and most of the guys in the gym have 36" Convict wraps.

I use ATP on the rare occassion I lift very heavy these days.
