Been trying out BCAA/Leucine during workout with 250ml juice and 500ml water.

Having whey and other supps as normal pre and post with just 5g-10g WSM post and added in Greens for a couple of weeks now.

Seems to be going well.

Will swap over Leucine for EAA's.

What did you think of the bcaa/leucine ? Was it 20gms during?

That's exactly what I do - 20g during.

I'm curious as to why you guys have such small quantities of WMS post workout? Do you use another carb source alongside it?

I've no idea how much I was using to be honest Pete. I just dumped in 2x25cc scoops of each.

Ollie I'm using juice during workout to hide the taste so 250ml is close to 30g sugar, hence the reduced amount post workout.
