Thoughts on adding Niacin (Jules recommendation), Inositol and Choline PreWO?

i think niacin is a must as a staple supplement, it has so many applications. I particularly view like its inclusion for its cardio-protective properties- lots of new data coming out- i wouldnt be surprised if a pharma company try and patent a substrate/isomer of it soon.

It's also thought by some to precipitate the secretion of HCL in the stomach, although I tried it for this purpose myself and can't say I noticed any great difference.

Niacin yes, but the other two no.

Choline PWO maybe.

Inositol is a sleep aid! Good for KP at the mo. It's not a B vitamin either as it has no nitrogen.

Added 500mg DLPA this evening PreWO. Seemed to work well but raised body temperature up some and got me sweating pretty quickly.

I'm finding Tyrosine and DL-Phenylalanine are working pretty well together pre workout now and I've included Vit B Complex although ideally I'd be using simply Niacin. This have been instead of my ususal Eph/Caffeine (Hydroxycut Hardcore) mix and found energy levels just as good.

used it as a PWO indirect carb source - which worked well enough but gave me headaches past 20g.

aside from that - it also helps in FFA oxidation

Do you think it's worth a go - Intra as well as post?

Its also in biotests surge for pwo use. I do rate it pwo for me makes me kind of calm.

In theory when taken with Tyrosine the combination should elevate adrenaline.

I'm looking to add in theobromine PreWO and thinking of starting at 500mg.

Has anyone had experience with this out of interest?

Yes but not really as a pre WO. More as part of a fat burning protocol. I found it good along with Yoh.

Fair enough. I figured in the morning and pre may work well.
