Just a heads up to anyone looking for rings, you can get the exact same rings cheaper on ebay. They're 30£ delivered.

Yeah I've heard its pretty amazing there - olympic lifting platforms & everything.

Just finished training, heading off in an hour or so.

Today

Press
Bar x some
41 3x3
51 x3
56 x3
61 x7, 7, 6
Pressing strength a bit down, probably the weight loss.

DB Bench
Haven't done this for a while
27s x5
37s x11
39.5s x9, 10

KB snatch with a 20kg KB
120 in 12 minutes
Stepping up to a heavier KB, so dropped to 10 reps/minute. Taking the 16 & 20kg KBs with me. I'll alternate between the 20 & 16kg KB & try to get up to 20 reps/minute with the 16 & then increase the time I can keep going for.

Back in Norfolk for a couple of nights. Having been working 12+ hours 7 days a week on the knowledge. Finished the 320 blue book runs on Saturday - took me just over 3 weeks on the bike. Going to start pointing end of this week & looking to start calling point to point pretty soon, so should be ready to put in for my map test pretty soon after I hear back from the PCO.

Have lost a lot of weight. I was about 97-8kg when I split with my girlfriend, I'm now 84kg & a lot leaner - I can even fit in a pair of 30" waist levis I thought I'd never wear again. Started eating again but keeping it clean.

Training about 3x a week at Muscleworks + some skipping at home - have lost some strength with the weight, but feel a lot healthier for being leaner.

Hope you're all doing OK
