My brother bumped into a mate of his the other day who trains and he was asking about roids. This chap had been talking to another guy who trains and takes AAS who had clearly told him some real crap - apparently, when taking oral AAS, you only need to train once every month and will gain 20lbs of lean muscle minimum from that workout!

Is clearly bullcrap but the thing is this guy is telling this to kids who want to get big and has, by the sound of it, got several of them wanting to take the easy option of popping pills to get big - and why wouldn't they when they are told it's as easy as that?

I really think idiots like this need to shut up and piss off... but why do they say it? attention? or to try and make others think they are some kind of superman when they aren't?
