I use, and have used EPH, for 2 things over the last few years:
1/ Approx 40mcg Pre-cardio when i'm in a high intensity cardio phase. Nothing encourages running and sprinting like a good dose of EPH or ECA (See also Grenades, Stackers etc). Best not used for interval training or low heart rate zone cardio. My pulse is at 100bpm just standing on the treadmill on that stuff. Up to 130bpm in a flash. When i first used it (aged 23 i think) it had fat loss results big time, in just 5 weeks, now i just see it as an occasional training aid.
2/ Approx 40-60mcg for Nights out. It s a very clean and very reliable mild speed type substitute. I never get any sides or comedown when using it for this purpose. Mix with a diet coke or some diet red-bull, a nice long clean alert feeling for up to 4 hours. When i was less committed to my training i'd mix i with a few pints of lager and that was even better!
I dont use it pre-weights as my workouts are usually involving supersets or back-to-back compound moves which get the heart rate so damn high anyway, the EPH just kicks my pulse into orbit and i end up feeling a bit sick and light headed (more so than usual!) Also i get no strength benefits from it.
