Neil,

Start another thread with your training mate, I remember you where doing HIT, I remember thinking that was a bad idea but forget what your doing now. How long has it been since you've had a week off work and training that corresponded?

Been back to doc today for results... Serum test. 8nmol/L (8-30)
SSHBG 16.6nmol/L (11.4-52.3)
These were from early morning tests, the test one had previously been 7 from a test at lunch time.

I argued the point that an early morning blood test may give a high result and that the lunchtime one would better represent where i'm at, so he's taken yet another vial of blood to send off.

on a slightly more encouraging note i weighed 8 kilos less than the last time i went !

6 weeks ago mate, told him i've started taking zinc didn't seem to think i need it as i'm not gluten intolerant, also said to me "you can't be allergic to carbs" when i told him about bad guts from eating rice at w/e !!

At least he's into the low carb life.

i would have thought that he'd show a little more concern that my test is right at the very bottom end of the range, all i got was "but it is in range".
Still going on about sleep aponea..."whats your neck size ? 19 ins?" Told him it's more likely test levels so i hadn't made an appt. He still wants me to go.

If the test had been in the middle of the range i'd have dropped it but it's not.

Hey at least my libido is up a bit, i'm also waking up feeling much more rested, so thats all good :D
