Awesome would be interested to hear about how you find them as I want to get some bands too.

I searched on the Powerlifting UK forums and got mine from a link on there. Can't remember where.

Got my bands today, less than 24 hours delivery time!

Heavy bench today, but will do a little speed benching afterwards, have to say the reds feel suprisingly heavy :D

I got 41's, go for the longer mate, unless you want to get loads of different bands.

If its too long you can double loop, or use a heavy db to add some stretch or something, if its too short youre out of options.

The ones i got from Pullum are fine, hard to review a piece of rubber, but they do they job :)

Alex gold does bands and they are not bad. I know that he has had some trouble with his sullier lately but they are still good bands and you can get a set of 6 bands for £60!!!

As long as you guys are cycling our band use for no longer then three weeks.

If I wanted to use bands for press-ups, then I would assume that the smaller 20 inch band is what I'd need right?
Anyone done this?
Also, what kind of resistance would I need? <-- difficult question that I know as it's obviously strength dependent, but I don't want to be able to perform 50 with bands on lol

EDIT: @Mark: what was the postage from Pullum?

If you just want it for pressups then Theraband (the stuff physios give you) will work fine, I use this sometimes. I find it's actually comfiest looped around the back of the neck and then under each hand.

If it's actual Theraband you can get your hands on then I'd suspect you want the green version, but it depends on the manufacturer of course. I bought a pack of three different strengths for about a fiver off the interweb a few years back, couldn't tell you where from now though I'm afraid, too senile.
