What PL events were on over the weekend?

Anyone have an idea about what powerlifting events were on over the weekend, specifically in the south east?

anything mate, theres no restrictions except for the british in some feds. BPC generally require the higher qualifying totals for the national champs though.

I'm sure your strength would increase quite substantially if you followed a powerlifting routine for 6months - 1year.

I've had powerlifting in my head a long while now, when I sort my back problems i'll without a doubt be attempting a ME/DE powerlifting routine.

I'd love to compete in something again and bodybuilding competition (although that's how I train at the moment) just doesn't appeal to me right now.
This is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill, fifteen percent concentrated power of will. Five percent pleasure and fifty percent pain.
