First week into a new routine so thought i'd shove a log up, planning on sticking to the WFSB template for at least 3 months, probably a lot longer if it works.

second time deadlifting in 4ish months, happy with that.
DB bulgarian split squats -
24kg x 6

24 x 5 (balance more then anything is holding me back on these)
Wide stance good mornings -
40kg x 8
60kg 3x8
Ab circuit - 3 sets
full contact twists x 8
swiss ball rollouts x 8
leg raises x 8
Happy with everything, havn't really lost anything on deads even though i've neglected them in favour of squats for months. Really concentrated on powering through with the hips on the good mornings.
