Been training since I was about 17-18yrs, although there was one BIG break from 1997 to about 2003-4 due to a divorce and me going off the rails, much alcohol etc. So anyway started back. Have struggled with injuries here and there & if I am very honest due to training alone and my stupid shifts it does not take a lot for me to have an excuse to miss a session ie tiredness etc. Then last year I stopped in May, picked up an injury, like I say any excuse, years ago I would have trained around it. Possibly would have carried on if I had a training partner. BUT at the end of the day I know these are all excuses! Believe me at 46 it gets easier to make an excuse lol! Then the girlfriend of 4 years dumped me so I started smoking (after 4 years off), drinking too much bla de bla de bla, anti-deps etc.
I'm now fine!
Anyway am now back seriously (again). I've trained (very) intermittently since beginning of the year. Am now back and just conditioning myself with total body workout - 2 or 3 times a week just depending on my shifts for that week. Anyway why is this in the DARK SIDE you ask?
Well, at the end of August I'm off to the US for a week & when I get back I am thinking of opening the pharm (pro-hormone) cupboard. In there lies 3 bottles of superdrol, 2 bottles of MD2 & in the freezer 2 bottles of s1+.
I'll not be using all at once obviously
So hit me with it straight guys on whether you think I should or should not hit a course.
