And yes it's a great price.
I use it. I've found it to be the easiest on my stomach compared to even WMS. And WMS is NOT the same. Sure, maybe it is true about the types of carbs PWO all being equal in the end, but if it is easiest to digest then I'm willing to use it. It lasts ages anyway.

A strong insulin spike pre workout from an easy digesting carb will give results, I promise you can do the pepsi challege on that. Add in some amino's or hydrolysate protein and your onto a winner IMO.

health4ni wrote:yep, been adding some EAAs (sometimes BCAAs) into it pre. No pepsi though *yucky*
health4ni wrote:yeah. Was using Reloaded but finished now. Got another pre-workout blend that has creatine too.
So I do have creatine pre with the carbs. Shoulda said
Bison wrote:I remember reading about how taking creatine can lead to it soaking up moisture from the body, including the joints. So maybe not the best idea pre-workout? I've always taken it PWO and with breakfast, always served me well.

Nope. The premis that you need to drink 3-5 litres a day is a myth & quite untrue. I'm pretty sure all the latest research suggests there is no actual figure and that you should drink what you body tells you ie when thirsty.
