Vitamin B Complexes

Postby Will on Thu Jul 22, 2010 9:44 am

As title, any recommendations? My mother's been recommended by her doc and she's got some from H&B and if they're good enough then cool, but I'd rather she took them from a good source if you can recommend any. :)

What condition has she been recommeded them for? Different ratios of the individual B's are better for different conditions, making certain products better for different people... see link here.

Very interesting link. I don't know what reason she was recommended them, but I will ask when I next see her. Thanks for the info. :)

I use AOR B-Complex: http://www.myagelesslifestyle.co.uk/vitamins-minerals-34/vitamin-b-53/aor-advanced-b-complex-90-vegi-caps-601.html (not from that website mind you, that's just the first google result).
