Back in the UK, back to training etc etc... how y'all doing?

Things look great btw... got a compromesso (agreed sale) done for my house in Italy, and got some work arranged out in the US from April next year... gonna move out there with my gal and then we'lll travel for a bit and work out where we are gonna settle down. In the meanwhile back to training... need to put some beef on my scrawny legs!

Landscape gardening, lol. My gals sisters best friend runs a company that does that and she has offered me the job of doing the office stuff and some of the manual work. It should be fun, and the hours will be pretty nice... early starts but finish at midday :D

I really need to get eating... cause my gal is on a fat loss drive atm she's been doing a lot of running so I did loads of it whilst out there. As a result my cardio condition is freakin awesome right now, and have leaned up even more but also dropped a fair bit of muscle. Hit the weights for the first time in about a month yesterday and omg... mucho weakness!

I suggest you follow this. bear in mind this is basics not inc biscuits etc which are important too!!!
