agree mate he has done some phenominal stuff with those he has trained

anyone got any other links to his articles

what i like is that he gets results from things like this which flies in the face of what we thought we knew....his comment on that super set being as effective as a xhundred pound leg press or squat was just funny...yet he delivers so theres alot to what he says

Thats it. Hes not just taking a gifted bodybuilder and improving them...he consistantly takes already very very advanced bodybuildrs and gives them huge improvements.

Its hard to take in some stuff but results speak volumes and cant be overlooked

just went through his vids on gaspari

extremely interesting mate - its like rest pause, high intensity with volume - only difference is that its like 60 reps and then 60 reps on isolation and repeat......thats ionda hardcore

still cant find a proper overiew of the Yoda 3 training...anyone find it?

id imagine something like this on shoulders and back could have dramatic results if performed every other workout

I'd imagine it's something that's a lot harder to do with free weights and would really need to be kept solely for machine work.

I fancy doing the leg press superset one day, but god knows how I'd get down the gym stairs after!

Yeah, that part isn't explained very well.

I would say a circuit possibly and more pre contest based as a routine.
