Turkey Mince

I've been eating a lot of this recently... £1.60 for 500g from ASDA, 90g protein.

Fry up an onion and some sweet pepper in a pan with some olive oil. Add the turkey mince and brown. Then add some chopped tinned tomatoes with garlic (I add a table spoon of whatever hot sauce I have to hand).

Very quick and a decent whack of protein... Doesn't taste mind blowing but very easy to eat and tastes decent. I find it easier to eat mince meat for some reason.

Does anyone else use this stuff? Any reason why I shouldn't make it a staple? Any other recipe ideas?

I ended up using the burger recipe H4NI gives in that thread, and it's a banger.
