Tri Creatine Malate

Have been trying this out from BSD over the past few weeks and so far have been left fairly impressed with this product. Certainly works fair better than Mono or CEE for me.

i may give creatine another go at some point soon
even from a health perspective- a few bits suggest it is beneficial for arterial stiffening caused via weight lifting - i cant say i have lifted too may weights ove rlast couple of years, but i should imagine would gain benefit from it nonetheless
still same dosing
please dont tell me i have to spike isulin and consume it in hot water or take on 500g carbs!!

I've just started on mono again and I just dump in water and drink, no juice or any of that BS
