Si if you end up training Chest on Sunday then I'll come over and train with you then as I doubt I'll get much done doing Legs on Saturday.

Saturday 12 December 2009 - Chest

Flat DB Press

20 x 12, 30 x 8, 40 x 8, 48 x 3, 44 x 4, 40 x 6

Incline DB Press/Incline Fly Superset

DB 30 x8 Fly 22 x 8, DB 30 x8 Fly 22 x 6, DB 30 x 7 Fly 22 x 5

Comment

Pleased with the flat DB session as I hardly rest between sets and still managed some good weights, despite the DB's being so huge and cumbersome.

I then pulled something in my trap doin the superset, so cut the sesh short.

Good work benching the 48s Simon.

I seem to be prone to trap pulls like that when I'm benching/pressing because of my back problem I think.

Good going but I'm glad I didn't train with you as I think the sick bucket would have been required.
