Onlt thing I'd say with Cissus is to be wary that it's not simply masking the pain as opposed to fixing it as long term you could cause more damage.

I hadn't thought about the machines - good idea. Though I will *not* be touching the pec dec! Can't stand that thing. I shall buy lots of frozen peas!

As for the Cissus, if it helps reduce the inflamation and pain, I'll take it for that reason rather than mask it, I am seeign the osteo and hopefully he'll point me in the right direction.

I think it's simple, just knock the ego down a bit, drop the weights, increase the reps and just take it easy for a while.
