I've done this in the past as well. It was fun. :)

You obviously don't look at my journal (not that you have to of course, but it's all in there).

I will take a look. Lol, I actually have a problem with looking at peoples journals... i tend to get too excited about everyones (different) routines and get tempted to chop and change every week! Sounds silly but that's the main reason i stay away from and hardly post in peoples journals... doesn't help my own training consistency!

If that's the case, then keep away from my journal - it's by far the funnest and most interesting routine. :)
Heh, I'll buy the first person to figure out the logic behind my training routine a tub of whey. :P

Um. You get bored easily and do what's fun, you get a bee in your bonnet about something and do it like crazy until you've kicked everybody (Rab) at it, then you get bored again and do something else. It's rather like pfish food, full of interesting surprises and nummyness.

Hehe, i do look in journals every few weeks and think i recall noticing you were as changable as i am! I remember when i first came back to training two years ago and also first signed up to a forum... lol, for the first two-three months i don't think i did the same thing for more than a week! While it was fun, realised it was gettign silly and wasn't going to lead to optimum progress in the longrun. My prime motivation for chaopping and changing was the journals so i decided from then on to mostly stay away from them.

I am still pretty changable though... the reason i never use a particular programme for more than six weeks is because, even if still progressing well at this point, boredom and sudden lack of enthusiasm seems to become quite a problem and i start finding reasons not to train or modify the workout. I find a week off and then a new routine does wonders for keeping me mentally fresh.
