For those local to Windsor & the Castle Gym - In case you didn't already know, Tony Freeman is at Castle gym for a guest seminar on 24th October . I am told tickets are just £10 and I assume all you need do is speak to Jason.

He had one up here and although I couldnt make it the guys at the gym were very impressed with him and he even went into when he was detained by Police and asked to leave the country - Switzerland I think .
