after reading a few logs on various forums- i'd sooner stick with snake oil :-)

Simply eat wakame and kombu plus ground sesame.

Fucoxanthine and fucoidane can be found in wakame and kombu in addition to burn fat they have one of the highest maybe the highest inhibitory effect on prostate cancer cells..... and other strain of cancerous cells too.

I think the first time they advertised this stuff was 6 months or maybe 1 year ago mercola and more recently LEF.

It does have an effect on estrogen levels (lowering): menstrual cycles in Japanese women are longer compared to western women.....

In animal models the average increase of the menstrual cycle was around 37%
