that would smart a bit i dare imagine- but could be an effective way of lasering my grapes.
went to purchase an exercise bike from costco today.........outrageous, slashed prices whilst i have been away in dublin, and no stock around the north west-
intentions of going back to the gym tomorrow- i need a sustained dry period after the last few days.

hmmmm decisions decisions
magnetic exercise bike or spinning style bike-
i dont have a garden and so any "new" form of cardio equipment is a complete no-goer
it has to be exercise bike only- just trying to think of which one i would get most use out of:
ex bike- specific programmes
spin bike- all manual

not when its super icy and dark
i dont have access to early morning gyms and in the main i get my bambino ready - roll on the excuse police
so if i was indoor and she woke up/surfaced- there is no dramas, i can just stop and sort her out
whereas if i was out- it kind of messes up everyone's schedule in the morning
it has to be this way or not at all

it has been suggested i do complexes in the fromt room

hmm by the time i buy a decent turbo and change to a slick- it could end up costing me more
used my superior skillset today and negotiated a decent exercise bike at a vastly reduced price

just some cardio to report-
i got my static bike- and enjoying getting the blood flowing to my lower limbs again
got to leave the weights room alone - i went to that airkix indoor skydiving mlarky- and prob not my best idea- as shoulders took a complete hammering- to the point of tramadol doesnt do anything for the pain- but it still make me itch the day after

it is a kettler axos cycle p- (they are clearing exercise equipment out to get in all spring/summer stock)
it does need to be plugged in- i have had to buy a 9v transformer , but the shop said they will reimburse me for it
good effort paid 132 for it- google it and you will see it ranges between 250 and 300
v sturdy (needs to be) and v silent
