Qucik update.

He last few days have been hectic, training at 7am yesterday: back and biceps and chest and triceps today.

Nothing much to report, higher reps, lower weights until next week when hopefully I'll have more time to train.

good effort to still go during times when it would be so easy to fork it off
i dont think there is such a thing as a bad workout if body placed under stress be it big weight, low volume or vice versa high volume low weight

I trained at Muscleworks in Bethnal Green this weekend, and spotted for a guy who was wearing a muscle vest, a bandana and a pair of Oakley M-Frames (the wraparound ones).

I wish the Doc would hurry up and fix that flux capacitor...

ill be training tonight in a pair of 5 years old grey joggies which i have used to paint on several occasions and have seen better days. Ill probably get out the Angry pirate tshirt too despite it being off white with the tan damage at the brits.

This is how its done. look like a manky bastard and knock your pan in. people keep away from you this way
