I concur. If im training half as consistant and as strong as that at your ripe old age ill be very very happy.

I doubt it though...im fallign apart at a rate of one bodypart per week going down :lol:

I don't feel old Rab. I think having a sporting background really helps with that and I'm certain you'll be as active, if not more so, when you get to 4 decades+. Consistency is the key and having fun, and that's why I'm now training 4 days per week as I enjoy it more. Also with the rugby coaching, I'll be a lot fitter and will burn off more fat as the club is MILF city and I like the attention :lol:

doing well to be looking like that at the wrong end of 40! arms look bigger but you lack as much peack as i do bicep length. swap you a bit for a bit?

If I was carrying less fat, I'd have more of a peak. However, I'd have to have a much stricter diet and I can't be arsed!
