I helped with the Rugby Training for the Minis at Emanuel Lions as my son joined there last week. 3 hours of working with 7 year old - hard work. So training's a respite

Not bad pirate not bad. I've stepped up my workouts to leaving the gym with them in a state of paralysis the pump and stimulation is so epic. Easy! :D

I work each body part to the point that it can't properly function for a while after I've left the gym. To me it's the only way to get the body to respond.

It's mad eh? Just been moaning to my housemates that I think our downstairs neighbours must have their heating on, my bedroom is baking. Apparently it's going to be 29 on Saturday! 8-)

I don't mind the weekends so much as you can dress accordingly, and I have aircon in the bedroom which helps, but at the gym it was unbearable.

No progress this week, just in a holding pattern as still very little sleep.

After this I spent 3 hours training minis rugby and running properly for the first time since I broke my leg and ankle which was gratifying as the physio and surgeon didn't think I'd be able to walk without a limp let alone run
