The Muss in action

Postby Jake The Muss on Mon Mar 24, 2008 4:57 pm

Been considering putting my training log on here for a while so here goes.My only real goal is acheive a 200kg bench by the end of the year and steadily increase all my other lifts.
MONDAY 24th MARCH CHEST
* rest/pause set
BENCH:-60x 20,100x 12,140x 8,170x 2,180x 1,180x 1,*165x 3,*160x 4,*150x 6, 140x 7,130x8,120x11,110x10, 100x12,*100x8,100x10.
INCLINE BENCH:-80x12, 90x10, 100x8, 110x7, 115x5, 105x6, 90x10, 80x10.
DIPS:-BW+10kg x 9, BW+20kg x 6, BW+10kg x 7, BW x 8, BW x 7.
SIT UPS:-4 X 20 reps

Good session,felt strong at 180 and with a spotter i beleive i will easily be able to lift 190,not confident enough to try yet.By the time i got to dips my triceps were on fire so i wasnt able to use the amount of weight i would of liked to.

Definitely. Deadlifts fatigue so many muscles through stabilization. Are your shoulder presses full ROM? ie. chest to lockout.
