Well I've used 7-keto DHEA and it works well however while it should not be surpresive it feels like it is to me (for what thats worth!), plus you really want something that aids sleep for optimal cortisol crontrol out side of PCT, I'm not sure that the DHEA metabolites fit the bill here either.

What about stacking GABA & Melatonin & zinc & valerian before bed? :D

What about having the wifey smack you in the head with a bat? :D

I've been using Melatonin, Gaba, Taurine, & ZMA pre-bed and they work well and are cheap. Taurine doesn't cost much and the others can be imported from the US for pennies.

Just ordered this lot:

Rhodiolaforce 100mg
GABA Powder
Reset-A.D.
7-KETO DHEA

Got the DHEA as couldnt afford anything better for cortisol suppression. Wanted the cissus-drol but that stuff is expensive even from the states. Have been weening myself off caffeine this week so i'll be like a dead duck next week.......lets see how this goes.

Good luck on the pain that is caffeine withdrawl. Will be very interested to see what effect the reset has. If it's impressive enough I'll get some to sort out my whacked adrenals

I'll be very interested in the effects of the reset AD. As it may help me with my damn sleep deprivation caused by my dumb shifts.
Thoughts determine what you want... Actions determine what you get!

Why are Chavs like slinkies? They have no real use but it's great to watch one fall down a flight of stairs.

Will post here what I think of it. I'm going to introduce each supplement one at a time so I can guage its effectiveness. Something like this:

weeks 1-2: reset ad
weeks 3-4: reset ad + Rhodiolaforce
weeks 4-6: reset ad + Rhodiolaforce + dhea
weeks 6-8: reset ad + Rhodiolaforce + dhea + gaba
