Well just had my measurements with callipers done by someone at the gym:

So it seems I'm still holding fat on my back? Isn't that something to do with oestrogen imbalances?
I'm quite happy to see my waist fat measurement has come down by over 4mm since 2009.

However the Durnin/Womersley Caliper Method leaves me at 19% which I find a little hard to believe. My legs are uber lean - but no measurements were done from there. I think I probably need to get someone else to do it with a full 7-site measurement, as I'm not 100% happy with that reading.
My actualy body measurements are the same as 2009 though I've lost 1.5" off my waist, so although I've dropped skinfold measurements, my lean body mass must have increased to make up the fact my measurements are the same?
Anyway, fuck it, I look leaner, and my belt needs to be tightened by one hole, but I still fill my shirts around the shoulders and back/chest - so I must be doing something right.
