excellent
at least i win the prize of shortest journal

believe it or not ladies and gentlemen, i have just returned from the gym, having trained chest and shoulders
please note that this is the first ounce of training i have done in ???? yrs (could be 3 or 4)
i was supposed to start on monday, but i was too hungover and got a sufficient enough workout in carrying my littl'un to nursery- approx 2 miles.
tuesday, i got ambushed by some full strength becks, and unfortunately couldnt go
weds- the return of the king.......

necked 15g eaa, 15g bcaa and 400mg of ibuprofen, because i know i am going to be aching like a cnut
and am just about to repeat that now.

the gym- mike ahearne (formerly warrior off gladiators), its alright, some token cardio equipment, but on the whole some machines, benches and a good array of weights

for you weight pervs and that- there is a separate room which looks like a strongman room, big fcuk tractor tyres. metal logs, chains.........i presume it is a weights room and not some form of torture chamber?

best of all- you could neck some E and have a great time in there- rave central, proper birkenhead chavs

chest- mixture of machine and incline hammer press
only light stuff just to get the blood flowing and cns back firing
so only 20kg a side on hammer

shoulders was a triple super set akin to this:
http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_art ... er_shocker" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

again pussy weights but super strict,
10kg front raises
1okg side lateral
and 10kg for final exercise

also ended up doing incline rear delts again 10kg

weights are irrelevant to me........i know how strong i was- training with paul george saw me shifting some impressive weights

focus for me is body recomp, and doing it without injury- i had two pretty "heavy" shoulder ops following an accident a few years back, both sockets were reshaped and bilateral synovectomy (removal of joint capsule)
so i have no "fluid" protection, so literally bone on bone, hence the idea is not to accelerate my ass into an osteoarthritic state, but just enough to stimulate.

tomorrow is back and arms me thinks

shit that's heavy trauma on the shoulders. with that in mind the weight definitely has to be secondary - progress with volume increases, TUT, reducing rest times etc would probably be better focuses than just building up the loading.

you could say i am a tad sore this morning!
even with circulating plasma hormones, eaa, bcaa and iburprofen- i suspect it will only get worse.

ibuprofen will only be used for the first few sessions only-
for got what the training buzz was like, been reliant on the booze buzz for too long.

aim for today is back and arms and then no training until monday- (i doubt i will be able to anyway)
coffee at present and going to go for a quick spin on my bike, and in the main that should take care of legs for now.

defo not about the load, but aiming for different parameters- continuous tension non-lockout kind of work.

my specialist report says 60% chance of developing osteo- so as stated dont want to accelerate that process, but will consider using progestegenic hormones later (deca) and need to see if GH accelerates ossification or not

in addition to this- and would rather keep it all in one place even though separate posting area

a few nutritional things included in my armamentarium:

aliment nutrition fish oil (opted for this, got no way of proving or disproving if it contains what it says it does- but to go for a pharma grade option would have cost me £50 for same amount)

vitamin d emulsion- ( took tabs with no noticeable effects)

nac sustain ( slow release nac- will see what it does body comp wise)
** will combine with ordinary vitamin c**

unsure about bioflavonoids as ingestion can disrupt thyroid

rationale- fish oil as a blood thinner, will still go and get blood drawn to reduce hematocrit levels, purely as a saftey mechanism

vit d- bone health

i need a "boom" up in here

i made it again!

strictly back today
so some t bar rows, with close grip rows, and low cable rows

happy with way it went- got a good feel in my lats and rhomboids, so wouldnt have thought i would still have that "tuned" in.

tonite will be a toughie- my mrs only does a 4 day week and she usually likes a drink on a thursday night as a start to her weekend- so will be faced with a few glasses of wine, if it remains at one bottle, i will be happy

arms tomorrow or saturday.

If anythıng legs wıse- ıt wıll just be blood flush exercıses lıke extensıons, leg curls and for hıgh volume
I really dont need any more weıght\sıze there.
So wıll only do to further boost metabolısm.

As suspected, dıdnt make ıt today, no chance now as ıt ıs frıday evenıng and ı am currently battlıng a death star-esque tractor beam to stop me goıng ın the kıtchen and crackıng some wıne open

after a 4 day hiatus, i returned yesterday evening

again doing chest and shoulders-
opting for a 5 x 5 approach- just to get a semblance of strength back

happy with the way its going
once back in the swing, it should just be the weekends that are an issue, as it seems at the moment, i only have a 3 day window to train before i get bolloxed

Why don't you start taking loads of Quaaludes instead of drinking? That why you can just mong about for 12hrs or so and then be ready to go come the morning.
