only light stuff just to get the blood flowing and cns back firing
so only 20kg a side on hammer

again pussy weights but super strict,
10kg front raises
1okg side lateral
and 10kg for final exercise
also ended up doing incline rear delts again 10kg
weights are irrelevant to me........i know how strong i was- training with paul george saw me shifting some impressive weights
focus for me is body recomp, and doing it without injury- i had two pretty "heavy" shoulder ops following an accident a few years back, both sockets were reshaped and bilateral synovectomy (removal of joint capsule)
so i have no "fluid" protection, so literally bone on bone, hence the idea is not to accelerate my ass into an osteoarthritic state, but just enough to stimulate.
