major back soreness- mainly because i have been underpinning the training journal section
and also because that was a good session- but although it pains me to say it KP is right insofar as- so stuck in my ways training wise
but since i am repeatdely stuttering starting- i dont think it will do any harm at this point

not wise drinking copious amounts of supercharged espresso martinis after training- dehydration causes major soreness

bad start to 2012
however back on track monday- if i train tomorrow before the derby game, i will only make myself sore(r), so monday is a reasonable place to kick off proceedings

not only that i need to call upon natures little helpers- need to crank that

so clear to see that none of you understands addiction
"all in the mind" no doubt and i am ultimately weak

proper week back at the coalface this week, and prior to xmas i was managing 2 sides of the business for 2 territories, and have not yet fully relinquished that and handed over- 16/1/12!!
granted i should use the gymnasium as a cathartic mechanism to rid myself of my daytime woes, however, i feel i would expedite myself into the floor a whole lot quicker.
i am different, i start when i want to - 16th is fine with me capiche?

the poliquin poofs will be so proud of me........
walked to nursery with a lump on my back this morning- she is quite a dead weight up there, but a brilliant and loving constant source of amusement for me. it is predominantly uphill, and quite frosty underfoot today, so this increased intensity and undoubtedly EE

i simply dont have to annotate the weights and numbers
i merely have to look at weights and i transform- that is the level of my awesomeness

now...i always wondered why people took notebooks and pens to the gym, and writing everything down to the endth degree- hmm not being funny, but how long passes between a workout? say a week at the most......if you cannot retain possibly 3-4 bits of information- lets say weight and reps, then fvck me - you are one hell of a mongoloid

and dont even say hisotric- because you know where you started, and where you are now!

i am the light, the way, and mistruths

He3 mostly just posts about how he DIDNT train tbh

I like Jules though. So did Fiona when we met him. Its just his ridiculous tan that makes you lose the line of conversation as it distracts you into thinking WTF every 2 min. ike a giant mole

No wonder i cant get any MT2.

I must admit I do like jules too. Strangely this not-a-hint-of-training training journal is more entertaining than most journals with lots of training in them... I think the 'find the needle of exercise in the haystack of exercise avoidance' concept adds a novel twist to the format and adds a lot of interest.

Besides, am probably on a par with jules for number of completed workouts in the last eighteen months or so, so can't criticise anyway
