can i get a whoop whoop
a monday nite aswell
did a gvt style workout for chest- 10 sets of 10 inclines

short and sharp- highly effective as i had difficulty driving home
fuck knows where i got the resolve though (although i do have an idea) but it looks as if i am on track to do 4 days on the bounce- so nice separate body part workouts- and may go for some flush pump action- if i still got anything left in the tank come fri/sat

ha ha
he is blissfully unaware of my need to be henchmeister general- and although it wont happen within that time period- the very fact i will have doms beyond any recognition- will render me firm to the touch anyway :D

chestis in bits today- but quite enjoy the fact it hurts to reach for my seatbelt, or some shitroll (not in the same instance obviously- but man that would be awesome having some kind of dunny in your motor!)

nah way- in the zone-
but incredibly sore-
the gym is the harbour in the tempest for me

not looking forward to back - seem to have been using a lot of "body english" last few days- ie poor form, so i am already sore within target muscle groups

something of similarly bad ilk
sore quads from stabilising whilst doing kickbacks

joke!!
i wouldnt say poor form per se- just recruiting stabilisers - like doing front raises but also recruiting lats (if you get me) it is the unexpected secondary's.

wont complain because it feels good to be this sore again

and in all honesty- i have not trained biceps since??? obvious reason is by the time the weekend is getting nearer (tuesday) i lose focus and have some pop instead- thus i never get around to training them

Look on the bright side Jules, now the festive season is here it's the ideal time to buckle down and work in the gym without the distractions of parties and boozing...

the rabbi was a right
had a hectic day- which i had no contingency plan for- and had to go out - so something had to give, unfortunately it was the beloved ironfolk
however, i am off tomorrow- so i will be making a visitation tomorrow and the eve as a form of penitence

slight but major concerns- could just be extreme doms
or worst case scenario- i ripped my anchors in my shoulder out and i have detached my bicep again

i think todays word is ibuprofen
and a full protein day

been running through a few diagnostic movements to assess the situation- and it is sore

Of all the times of the year you bother to train its now lol and you get injured!

After dropping a stone and a half and getting on the scales at 14st I've decided its time to train again, the closer the gym is too you the less you go it seems.

heh, my gym is 10m away and I go 5 times a week. Get off your skinny ass boy!

Jules, if you didn't feel anything yesterday surely it's just DOMs? That kind of acute injury i'm sure you'd feel straight away!

dunno- it feels exactly the same when i did my slap tear a few years back
driving has been a bit of a struggle today

was hoping to do some meddling earlier- but went out for a meal instead, just gotta man up on this one, and if not right in the new year- go and get me some new anchors put in, retire from lifting weights and drink from here on in

who'd have thought it
this old campaigner in the gym on a NYE instead of on an all dayer!!

went to test the shoulder with a couple of weighted bits, seemed ok so did a nice squeeze session on back and rear delts.
happy with my steely determination
