Shoudlers & Lower

DB PRess
45k x6
51k x10 (about 6-7 unassisted)

Military BB Press
60k x10
60k x12
Nice n fast ones bar the last 3 on 2nd set

Side Laterals Seated
18k x10
25k x6...into standing +6ish more + partials to death

Squats ATG
100k x15

Leg Ext
Aborted

Calf Raises on Leg Press
10 plates x20
14 platex x15

**********************************

Good session. Was low carb yesterday but a wee whack of dex/malto/wms (BSD Glyco Avtive) makes a fair difference when this has been the case.

Improvements on the Shd Press. Getting there with that again although i cant see my strength hittign the same numbers as my very best when pumping in 3x more aas and eating 4000+kcals per day  Not TOO far awy. another 5kg per hand and im there. If i can get to about that level then ill push for big new ground in the 2nd half of the year

Squats were tender but strong. no pains so think im good to start ramping that back up. The Leg ext didnt feel too clever so just aborted

Eat food.

Had way too much today at a B'day BBQ. On top of a few chicken breasts by lunch I added in 4 big portions of chilli and rice with 2 sausages, a chicken breast, salad and new potatos with each portion as well. Then later a slice of cheese cake and 3 slices of chocolate fudge cake.

Been addign in some cardio work. 2 miles very slow jog with the bint the last two days (appx 130-140bmp for me so really a powerwalk with knees up) and a bit of x-trainer. My bloated carb feelign has gone and i feel so much fresher for it. my appetite is also better for it aswell

Maybe change it to makign up a tub or two of chicken and green veg just? green beans and peri peri sauce.

I cant be arsed with salad either. much prefer the green beans or broccoli

Weight nights are currently Tues, Thurs and either Sat or Sun

Probably go and get 40min x-trainer/bike in tonight after work. I always try and have a low carb meal before cardio. usually 6-7 egg whites with 3 yolks maybe (I buy trays of 30 eggs cheap from market)

Decent session but not as strong i dont think on flat bench as last week. first set i think i shat it a little and didnt give it everything. Maybe just gonna be a mental barrier aswell as a physical one to break thru to become a confident 3 plates a side + bencher

This purely a strength phase pal ?

Some big weights - you looking at doing the reps with strict form or just shifting the weight ?

No not eclusivelys strength mate, just my usual progressive self. the 140k isnt too bad quality reps wise. could be better but feel like i need to break the barrier with it. back to 65k bells next week and might even gie the 75k a bash for a rep or two to feel the fuckers

Way things are training and diet wise, i expect to keep chipping away at it moving into good new ground size and strength wise. Nothing huge...then from there break some big new ground come the last quarter of the year into next to start prep in January.

just did 2 weeks there of diet and lots a lot of shit and dried up. gonna keep the cardio in though and just up the food. really high carb high protein and moderate to low fat. see what happens
