Well looking for the silver lining, at least if you ever got burgled the culprits would be easy to locate...they'd either be twitching heaps on the ground or doing laps of the city to try and burn off the stims!

Nope, my experience with BN is that they take 2-3 weeks at least, so I'll hve to be patient (and use the stims I already got).

Boing-boing!

Maybe I'll post a love-life update tonight, ratings for the Rilla-Show are waaaay down. :(

Make sure it's not the X-rated version, I doubt my mac could handle it....though there is plenty of fresh snow outside if I need to cool it down. ;)

Training today was fuuuuuuuun!
Inspired by a T-nation article, I did some complexes. Didn't go too hard on them, just using them as active recovery/cardio/getting re-aquainted with complexes.

All this and more in a brand new journal going up tonight!
Yea, you heard me - due to a severe decrease in attention I'm gonna see if I can kickstart a campaign to bring my name back to its former glory. New journal will include emotional pr0n as well as tales from a bar near you!
It's gonna be so goooood. Trust!

Just got home from a smallish getaway with the lady yesterday and had a blast. Diet went to hell though - over the last three days I consumed about 3L of icecream plus tons of other stuff. Good times.
Had a very good run on thursday, managed to get some forest/plantation and some beach under my feet - was good fun but tough as hell. Will post it up later on.
Hitting the gym today for some light DE lower, cardio, mobility and all that jazz... :)

A change is as good as a rest and the break sounds like it was awesome and just what you needed. Has Uni broken up for the summer yet? Oh how I remember those days.

Yep, I'm on summer hols now. :) (Apart from a fulltime job that is ;)).

Looks like this week will be mostly cardio unless I feel good enough to squeeze in a session on wednesday. Got training plans with two friends thursday and friday, just not sure what we're gonna do. Maybe hinderbahn, maybe some other stuff. :)

On to the run:

Total distance: 5.61km
Total time: 28:22
Avg speed: 11.9km/h
Avg HR 148 BPM

Surprisingly enough, apart from the final 600m where I went all out, the fastest laps were done on the beach, with the wind and sand in my face.
The terrain was so ggod for running - had so much fun. :)
