Thanks for the welcomes! Stats are 93kg, 5-6% bf (max i go to is around 8-10%) and 6ft.

I have played very hight level rugby at youth premiership club level so no stranger to the game.

This is the one place in the world where you wont be the sexiest person around.

I've heard that when models are preparing for a photo shoot, in the last 2-3 weeks they'll eat nothing but protein. Have you heard this? What kind of nutritional strategies do you employ coming towards a planned photo shoot?

if a big shoot for an imprtant magazine etc its basically like prepping for a bodybuilding contest but bit less etreme..i.e carb depletion and loading
