T Bar Rows

Do you guys rate these? I rather enjoy them and feel them hitting my back nicely, that with a super setted cable row or BOR? Or are there better exercises out there?

I think T-Bars can turn into a bit of an ego exercise as you can pile the weight on and cheat and the rom can be limited... single arm t-bars however are awesome :)

A good alternative is single arm T-bars.

Personally I love these and for whatever reason they really get me panting. Stay as flat to the ground as you can, resting hand on your knee. Awesome!

Beat me to it Mark :)

The good thing with single arms is that you can get a great stretch and a full ROM ;)

I'll definitely give the single armed ones a go. :)

I agree about it turning into ego lifting, but I think if you're honest and fair and keep the ROM and form in place it's not that bad?

Wow I have to say I like the look of them. Can anyone tell me if they would be alright considering I have a duff shoulder?

Mines destroyed and i've never had any problems with any back exercises, even at the worse points. Though it is important that you're using your lats as i can imagine if you're just pulling with the arm that will stress it way more

Can't find many vids but this guy's form looks pretty good to me: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=kZAWbNR8D28

Alternative is to do them between the legs but the idea's the same.

Yeah I'd say so - should come naturally as you're pulling in the natural hand position :)
