Creatine
Beta Alanine
Ribose

would be the top ones that came to mind.....anthing that effects ATP....and also anyhting that can pull water into muscle cells....and allow to exert more force..

good response KP, i dont actually know much about ribose, reckon you could elaborate abit?

Also i would imagine anything that can help recovery of and function of the CNS would also be great additions.
Regarding this specific area, what would you reccomend for this?

Taurine and Tyrosine should be good also and pretty much every stim out there (caffeine, guarana, eph etc).

I need to get some ribose.

GABA, 5HTP and a good graded B Complex would be my punt.

I havent been very good regarding supps helping recovering cns tbh, iv tried some but not for long enough periods etc and been a bit stupid.


Heres alist of nearly everything i would bother taking if i could, but if i can get a scholarship sorted out with the uni soon, i could get alot of these for free hopefully.
currently i dont really use much atal.

Would anyone agree on this pretty much being the entire list of supps you could use to benefit a powerlifter/strength athlete?

I'd add in HMB and Glutamine (Peptides) on to that list.

CM if it's as good as quoted although I'm waiting to try this out.
