Great benching there. I always found that BOR strength had some carry through to Bench.

its only eerr.. 1.25x me tho so not so impressive :)

but... when i first started training again 2 years ago, i remember i struggled to bench the bar in the little gym and a 15 on either side and given the state of the gear in that gym i doubt it was even 50kg, so bit of a land mark having added 100kg to my bench.

Seems i really have cracked the leg drive, my quads are sore this morning.

Note : Im clearly overtrained, 230kg sumo and 250 conv. felt more like 250 and 280.. i had to grind 250 up which shouldnt happen. So what do i do? Call it a day and go rest? do some light cardio.. nooooo i train heavy back for another hour then some light triceps.. smart.

Just couldnt find my groove on a lot of exercises today.. will do some cardio for the rest of the week i think.

Yeah definately, things are not pleasent at home atm tho so i tend to go and train for far too long just to be out of the house more than anything, also effecting my sleep and eating, so add that all up and ive overtrained and under rested.

House sitting for my parents soon tho so thats a week of sitting in the middle of the fens with nothing to do for miles so that should be pretty solid rest :)

Ah, I know the area well. Lived for a long time in Peterborough, and Spalding was always one of my favourite swimming meets! Be a great place for you to destress.
