Pointless for training purposes. Great for entertainment. It's circus skills.

At 55 seconds I was cringing. Look at his knee alignment compared to his ankle - then look at his ankle angle?!?!?

That was scary enough!

I know MMA's do this kind of training [maybe not a silly] but use the balls alot as it helps there balance but this kind of takes it to a new level?!

I'm yet to be convinced about swiss ball training other than some ab/core exercises and rehab. I've done a lot of work on them myself 4yrs ago and it was plainly crap. And yet I was taught by a top Swiss Ball trainer.

I agree complelty Scott, Swiss Ball training is complete bollocks and practiced by fuckwitts who know nothing of any value and when they get sued for injuring people only then will they stop with this bunkum!

Performing an exercise like squats with ankles in that kind of position is one of the most fucking retarded things i've ever seen. Nothing impressive about that at all - just 100% stupid.
