Competition was good. all for charity but still good. They had tyre flipping, van pushing, crucifix hold, tyre flip & drag, farmers walk.......there was even arm wrestling!!!! Cracking afternoon!

A colleaugues in one next week somewhere not too far out, Nothwich I think. Was thinking of going down if I'm not working. He's been using Methyl e and added 40K to his deads in about a month...
