Well after overhauling my diet, exercise and lifestyle.
Down to 125/58 (taken this morning). And holding steady. (it did peak at over 160/90+).
I do suffer from anxiety, so I 've also been addressing this and it's definitely helped as well - I have a lot more work to do, but it's heading in the right direction.
My goals to being huge has definitely changed - I just cannot keep it up. Down to around 14st 9lbs at the moment, and to be honest I don't look much different, less bulky for sure, but much more definition, and just as strong. Carrying less bulk has definitely helped I reckon.
