Box squats (parallel)
8 sets x 2 reps (100kgs)

Deadlift
60 x 5, 100 x 5, 140 x 3

Calf raises
4 sets 8-10 reps

Comments
Deadlifts didn't feel too good, so didn't go heavier
It pays to be a winner
