I'm Rich (with a few x's)

Been lifting weights since I was about 17, used to be really skinny (read, on the verge of anorexia), but now I'm just moderately skinny...

Only started to properly get a decent routine after some decent advice given by some of you lot on the mp forum! so at the moment, I'm on the 5x5!

Anyway, I'm off to discover more about this forum!
