I quit recently. But.. in prep its SO hard not to. Any ideas on nicotine gum for the appetite suppressant effect?

DOnt ask me why mate but after those meals when you would kill for a biscuit or something sweet....a bitter black coffee really sorts this out for me. Having sugar free sweet stuf doent help. i think after a point your body aint daft and knows your at it

Thats why Dark Chocolate is so effective as it satisfies the sweet tooth but still has the slight bitterness to kurb the craving quickly. The 70% stuff is really the starting point and see if you can work up to 80%-90%.

Yeah, it's awesome! I buy a bar of 70% and a bar of 85% break into little pieces and mix in a bag. Tesco own brank and aldis brands are best. way nicer than lindt!

What's the Aldi one called?

Lidl do the J D Gross one's which are spot on and then a cheaper one which coveres the Milk and Dark Chocolate so guessing it may be the same?

Carte D'or 86% is very good and about 40p cheaper than Lindt.
