Won't squat without a spotter? disappointing kp :cry: i love the fact that with squats, it is actually (sort of) a matter of life and death whether you make the reps! I've never failed a squat and i don't plan to, i just work the weight up slowly and never go for reps i don't think i'll get. I just think if i ever can't get the rep, ill fall backwards onto my ass and hope i don't break my spine :D

tough one.....but then training style during blasts puts pressure on me to beat my previous and that does require me to really push myself......

No, but as its an excuse, it fits in with my argument! lol

No, but I personally find it hard to do legs when on a blast....as in 2 leg days a week and aiming to increase by 2.5 - 5kg each session or 3 reps....it puts pressure

I really am fond of the smith it has given me great results for my quads, and will continue to use it to get even bigger legs :ugeek:
