Anyone use these?
Mine gets regular use and tried doing a whole chicken in it last night which worked a treat. Only issue was that the bird fell apart when lifting it out to extract all the meat but this was dead easy to do.
Used a 1.4kg bird and got 550g cooked meat from it which wasn't a bad yield. Cooked for 6 hours high but think this could be reduced down closer to 5 hours. I preheated the cooker, chucked some veggies on the bottom just to lift the bird off of the base, added the bird and added 1 litre of stock - job done.
