Single Leg Jumps!

I was meant to do double leg jumps but lately with the new type of training I have been doing I can feel the speed at which my muscles are contracting. So I just had a feeling I could do it on one leg.

Cheers guys, I had a sprint session last night and my times were back down to around their best which is really really pleasing, especially because I actually knew how I did it as opposed to getting the odd run which is good and then not being able to repeat it.
The box is around 37" I think. Not totally sure though
