Postby Alex on Sun Oct 24, 2010 2:25 pm

1 Tablespoon Cayene Pepper
1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce

Add all the spices into a small bowl and stir in the Worcestershire Sauce until you create a runny paste. This is a simple base so you can marinade as is or start adding in extra ingredients like lime for more tang, brown sugar for sweetness and fresh chillies for more heat - or combinations of. Marinade for 24 hours.

Am always experimenting with stuff in the kitchen to avoid preservatives from bought stuff and to save a little dollar where possible.
